Accommodations

Our company may need to substitute your hotel accommodations, or cruises with different ones that are at the same standard, in case your original assigned accommodations were full.

Transportations

Our company may need to substitute your local transportations, including domestic flights by train or coach in case air travel could not be booked during your travel dates.

Refund Policy

Due to our highly competitive pricing, we offer a 24-hour grace period from the time of payment, provided your travel date is at least one week from the booking date. After this period, all sales are final. Please note that our company does not provide money-back guarantees. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not available under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen situations.
